Quaker Oats Info
I looked up the Quaker Oats Company, and on their home site they said they joined PepsiCo in 2001.
.
They have a large assortment of items - mainly marked Quaker Oats - except for Kretschmer Wheat Germ and Quisp Cereal.
.
I didn't see where they were linked - NOT - with General Mills at all which is good.

In 1994 Senate hearings, it came out that scientists from MIT had been giving radioactive oatmeal to the boys - men now - in a nutrition study for Quaker Oats. All they knew is that they'd been asked to join a science club.
