.
Anna Nicole Smith's estranged mother Virgie Arthur has been axed from a biopic of the late model, according to singer Willa Ford.
.
Ford, who will play the late former Playboy model in an upcoming movie, claims Arthur "does not deserve" to be part of the film.
.
The actress tells the New York Daily News, "We didn't write the mother into the film on purpose. She is not in the movie at all.
.
"She just doesn't deserve to be in the film. If there is one thing Anna wouldn't want, it's her mother in a movie about her life."
.
Smith died earlier this year from an accidental drugs overdose.

* * * * *
I know from reading this article that I will now not see this film. Virgie is Anna's mom, and an integral part of this saga. I can see already that the film is biased.
.
Anna was an addict, and maybe Virgie has been shaded somewhat into a wrong light due to that. It seems clear to me that Anna isolated herself before her death from those who possibly cared about her, and surrounded herself mainly with 'yes' people. (Which I believe contributed to her death.)
.
I saw an interview on TV this week from well known actor, Martin Sheen, who referred to these 'yes', or enablers, people sycophants. (I found this article link in a search - I don't watch 'The View' being on my boycott list. I believe I saw the interview on 'Showbiz Tonight'.
.
Addicts can be quite hostile, defensive and in deep denial.
.
I do not know what the truth is about Anna's life, and I believe this film will not help to shed any light in the decision to avoid the topic of her troubled immediate family.
.
I believe it equates propaganda.
.
I also believe that the truth faded with Anna long before she died - that the actual truth went with her.
.
I happen to be a mom.
.
I'm not the best mom, and I know that it would break my heart for my daughter to reflect hostility like Vickie showed to her mom. Truthful or no.
.
I don't know if there was any truth to Virgie's thinking about Howard. I thought something was not at all right with him myself, and still do. I would have thought the same thing if my grandson died so mysteriously like Daniel did in trying to make sense out of what happened - let alone following with my daughter's mysterious sudden death as well. Howard was the constant person surrounding them both. I would be absolutely livid.
.
How dare Virgie's grief, and how she responded in that grief, be negated. I believe if it were my child and grandchild I would have acted in exactly the same way. I would not give up.
.
I wouldn't be entirely trusting of Larry as well. Anna did her best to avoid him and in his being Dannielynn's father. Larry's explanation is that Anna was an addict, and he was not a 'yes' person. I don't dispute that explanation, because it's most likely true. Anna absolutely appeared to hate him, and wanted nothing to do with him. Is he going to be written out of the film as well? Anna didn't want him in her life either.
.
Don't make the decision for me that Virgie is irrelevant and doesn't deserve mentioning in the portrayal in Anna's life, and I won't think that about your mother.
